1. Order Fulfillment Time

• Processing: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2-7 days.

• USA: Estimated delivery within 3-4 business days after fulfillment.
• International: Estimated delivery within 5-15 business days after fulfillment.

3. Shipping Locations

• We partner with a global on-demand order fulfillment company, enabling us to ship worldwide from various facilities.

4. International Shipping

• Customs Fees: Orders shipped outside of the USA may incur customs fees, which depend on the destination country, order value, and specific product factors. The recipient is responsible for these fees.
• Phone Number: Including a phone number in international orders is recommended to reduce transit risks and facilitate smooth delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

• Address Verification: Ensure your shipping address in the confirmation email is correct.
• Local Post Office: Check with your local post office if the order is delayed.
• Neighbors: Inquire with neighbors in case the package was mistakenly delivered to them.
• Theft Prevention: Consider shipping to an address where you can receive the package personally, especially if you won't be home.

6. Missing or Lost Orders

• If your order is missing and the shipping address was correct, contact us at info@reelnorthgear.com with your order number for assistance.
• In case of an address error on your part, a replacement order can be sent at your own expense.

7. Returns

• Contact as before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
